Services
Individual Counseling Services
Individual counseling provides a confidential, one-on-one space to address various challenges. Sessions focus on increasing self-awareness, building practical coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening resilience.
I work especially with teens experiencing school-related stress, women navigating life transitions, and professionals managing high levels of responsibility and burnout. Together, we identify patterns, develop tools, and create sustainable change so you can move forward with greater clarity and balance.
Family/ Parenting Counseling Services
Family and parenting counseling supports healthier communication, reduced conflict, and stronger relationships.
For families with adolescents, sessions focus on navigating school challenges, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and shifting developmental needs. Parents gain practical strategies to respond effectively while strengthening connection and trust.
For parents, therapy provides a structured space to improve communication, establish clear boundaries, reduce conflict, and prioritize the emotional well-being of children. The goal is to create stability and consistency, even when family dynamics are changing.
Consulting Services
Consulting services are designed for schools, organizations, and professional groups seeking support in mental health education, adolescent development, burnout prevention, and stress management.
With a background in school counseling and private practice, I provide:
-Educational consulting related to student mental health and school-based challenges
-Parent workshops and training
-Professional development on stress, anxiety, and burnout
-Public speaking engagements for schools, churches, and community organizations
Each presentation or consultation is tailored to the specific needs of the group, offering practical tools, evidence-informed strategies, and actionable insights.
Please note: Consulting and speaking services are separate from clinical therapy services. They are not considered mental health treatment, are not billable to insurance, and require a separate service agreement outside of the therapy practice.
