Your co-pay or deductible will vary based on your individual coverage.

Payment will be due at the time of your appointment, and all insurance claims will be filed for you.

If you have a plan that we are not in-network with, some insurance companies will reimburse you for services you received out of network. If you have these benefits, we can provide a superbill for you to file with your insurance for reimbursement.

Private Pay

While insurance seems like the most cost-effective option, there are significant advantages to choosing to privately pay. Many clients find that private pay offers more privacy, flexibility, and personalized care.

Privacy/Confidentiality- When insurance is used, therapists are required to provide a mental health diagnosis and share certain information with the insurance company to justify treatment. With private pay, your therapy remains between you and your therapist without third-party involvement.

Required Mental Health Diagnosis- Insurance companies typically require a formal mental health diagnosis for reimbursement. Private pay allows you to seek support for stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, or personal growth without needing to be labeled with a diagnosis.

Flexibility- Insurance companies often limit the number of sessions, types of treatment, or frequency of visits. Private pay therapy allows your therapist to tailor treatment based on your needs rather than insurance guidelines.

Greater Control Over Your Care/Goals- Private pay allows you to choose a therapist who is the best fit for you without being limited by insurance networks. You can focus on deeper personal growth, self-understanding, and long-term well-being—not just symptom reduction.
